John came out today to replace some radiators and install a smart thermostat for us and from start to finish he was brilliant. At a time where it's so difficult to get a reliable tradesperson in who you can trust, John stands head and shoulders above anyone we've experienced so far. Super professional, very fair prices and outstanding workmanship. Super happy with the work he did for us today.

You can always trust this professional engineer! Jon asks some questions about the issue before he arrives to save the customer's time and money. He is very professional and skillful in the heating system repair and maintenance. After he fixed the issue, he also explained the reason for the issue and how to avoid it. He also checked the radiators to make sure the issue won't happen again. Jon is a friendly and responsible engineer with a really best price!

I had a new combi boiler fitted by Jon Hale today in my mother's house, from start to finish Jon was thoroughly professional and put my mum at ease. He explained everything he was going to do throughout the day. His workmanship is excellent and he is a very tidy worker and cleans as he goes. Within hours of completing the installation I received all the relevant certificates as promised by Jon. Give Jon a try, I am glad I did!! PS My day job is for a global security company where I have over 450 engineers reporting via their managers to myself; if my engineers were half as good as Jon then my job would be so much easier.

Jon has done a lot of work for me over the years and the end product is always top quality. He is always polite and punctual, and very considerate of the customer's home at all times. JGH really do go above and beyond with their services, if Jon has the time to squeeze you in on the day of your call, he absolutely would. In emergency situations he has been at my door within 30 minutes of me calling; if that isn't good service then I don't know what is! I would highly recommend JGH Heating and Plumbing. For all jobs big or small, the quality of his work really is unmatched.
